She is super knowledgeable about the real estate market in Denver (her family has been in the business for years, so she grew up around it). I had to look at over 30 homes before deciding on one, and Vali didn't bat an eye, even though my price point was on the lower end. I ended up finding the absolute perfect place with her help, and she had so much patience as I figured out what neighborhood I wanted and what my must-haves were and what I could live without. Also, her husband is a contractor so she knows a ton about what can and can't be done to a place, and problems to look for. She was always available and immediately responsive, which was a must in such a competitive market. She even scooped up her kids to show me a place on 30 minutes notice because I messaged her my interest and she thought it would go within 24 hours. I also won the very first bid I put in with her advice and guidance, which is almost unheard of in this market. Anyway, I can't say enough about Vali and what a wonderful first home-buying experience I had with her. Highly recommended!
