Their team clearly has strong relationships with excellent people in the industry. The photos of our home looked like they belonged in a magazine, and the quality of the listing and marketing showed in the result. Our home went on the market after several competing properties and sold while many of those homes were still listed. The buying side was just as smooth. Offers, counteroffers, inspections, corrections, contingencies, occupancy arrangements, and communication between multiple parties were all handled without making us feel like we had to manage every moving part ourselves. Because of Erica and Jenny, we were able to sell in time and move into our dream home. If I could go back and give myself one piece of advice, it would be: stop worrying—Erica and Jenny have it all taken care of.
