Daniel was truly the best agent I could have worked with to buy my first home! He was extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate/the market/the locations of houses I was looking at. He knew little details like a certain house is close to an incredibly busy intersection during rush hour or another house was on a busy smaller street. He took care of almost all of the communication between us and the mortgage lender and explained lots of things to me in laymen’s terms. He asked my feedback on all houses we looked at and catered our search to houses that fit my criteria so we didn’t waste any time looking at houses I knew I wouldn’t want. I was so stressed about the process of buying my first home but it went so smoothly, thanks to Daniel!
