In early 2021 I was looking for a house of purchase. I decided to go with Daniel and his skills to try and purchase a house in my price range. I had very specific criteria for what I wanted. Daniel was able to help me find a nice townhome in Golden which we were able to purchase under listed price. Daniel is also able to help me with parts that I didn’t understand show me a lot of houses help me expand my criteria in ways that benefited me and even help put me in touch with other resources to secure the purchase.

Well, turns out that buyer backed out and the listing agent connected with Daniel to see if I was still interested and he did a great job letting that listing agent know that I would be interested but my previous offer was and is my best and final, and this time they accepted!
