Erica and Jenny were fantastic throughout the entire process. This was our first time working with agents, as well as our first time selling and buying a home at the same time, so we had plenty of questions and no real idea what to expect. She called us back quickly, spent more than an hour answering questions and talking through the market for our home, and even toured homes, all of that before we had signed a contract. Jenny, another agent on Erica’s team, worked closely with us throughout the whole process as well, and the two of them made everything feel coordinated and easy. What impressed us most was how calm, responsive, and in control they were. Buying and selling at the same time is stressful, especially when your purchase depends on selling your current home by a strict deadline. Yet every phone call, text, and meeting left us feeling reassured. Questions were usually answered within the hour, and often within minutes. The selling side was especially impressive. Their team clearly has strong relationships with excellent people in the industry. The photos of our home looked like they belonged in a magazine, and the quality of the listing and marketing showed in the result. Our home went on the market after several competing properties and sold while many of those homes were still listed. The buying side was just as smooth. Offers, counteroffers, inspections, corrections, contingencies, occupancy arrangements, and communication between multiple parties were all handled without making us feel like we had to manage every moving part ourselves. Because of Erica and Jenny, we were able to sell in time and move into our dream home. If I could go back and give myself one piece of advice, it would be: stop worrying—Erica and Jenny have it all taken care of.

I met Sara by chance at an open house she was hosting. I did not end up putting an offer on that property but she immediately offered to help me find a place that day since I was only in town for the weekend. She found multiple listings within my price range to show me and I found the perfect place. She was very on top of everything throughout the closing process which was extremely helpful since I was out of state. Definitely recommend!!!
