Sandi was referred to us by a friend. We had interviewed several candidates. Then later we interviewed more candidates. Sandi was in the second group we interviewed. It was obvious that she the best realtor that we interviewed. From the day we signed with her, she was actively trying to find us a home. Whenever she was out of town, she was available by phone or text. When she was out of the country, she provided another realtor to cover for her and that realtor was friendly, and available. My husband and I are very particular people who strive for excellence in our own lives. We prefer to work with others that also have that mantra. No one can be perfect, But we can all work toward excellence. Sandi met and exceeded all our expectations. Siyeh helped my wife and I buy our first home 10 years ago during one of the most difficult periods of the Denver Metro housing market. In 2025, she was our realtor dealing with the sale of our first home and guided us through buying a new home to accommodate our growing family. First off, Siyeh is an amazing person who genuinely cared about our families needs. I can't say enough about how kind of a person she is and her patience during all of our transactions is something I still appreciate. She presented us options with each potential offer, and talked through them with us making sure we made the right decision for our family. She never applied any sort of pressure to act on a deal which gave us the feeling that she was in this for us, not just the fee she would earn with a home sale. Secondly, Siyeh has a wealth of knowledge and contacts within the Colorado real estate industry. Touring new homes with her was extremely helpful because she was able to point out things that most buyers would not be looking for. She also gave us tips on items to upgrade at the house she sold for us, which improved the look of the house for showing to potential buyers. Her contacts within the industry (inspectors/sewer/contractors/etc.) are also top notch. Every contractor we hired throughout the home buying/selling process per her recommendation was fantastic. Overall, Siyeh made our home buying/selling experiences so smooth and we felt so comfortable with any advice she gave. More importantly, she's a great mom, great person and I would recommend her to anyone I talk to.
