We just completed our new home purchase for the second time with Michelle Ziesch. She is amazing to work with. She has a vast knowledge of buying and selling houses. Her communication skills are great. She is easy to talk to and good at clarifying whatever you may not understand. She is very professional in all aspects of her business. We were fortunate to begin working with Glenda early in the process of selling an estate home. We connected with her while we were in the midst of going through its contents. She guided us to several other excellent professionals, including a home inspector, mechanical contractor, remodel contractor, photographer, and stager; all were top notch. She provided excellent insight as we worked together to determine the appropriate listing price, and we were extremely pleased with both the timeline in which we went under contract and the final sale price. We were especially pleased with the sale price considering the buyers market at the time of the sale. She worked tirelessly to make it all happen and always made herself available when we needed her. Besides her professionalism, we truly enjoyed Glenda’s personality and know her to be a genuinely good and honest person. She has a calming presence and helped talk us off the ledge when things got overwhelming. Glenda felt like more of a friend than just an agent and is someone we plan to keep in contact with whether or not we sell another home.

Although still unsure how much paint colors, new carpet selection, and staging decorations played into finding a buyer, we ended up with great buyers who might actually love the house as much as I did. I was also grateful for help in negotiating all those tedious legal steps and paperwork. Besides all that, Glenda is a lovely lady and I was happy to get to know her a little.
