At every turn came a new issue and Phillip was able to navigate the process needed to get solutions so that we could get to the closing table. I had several other agents list this property and it seemed they let clients and deal slip through the crack on such a complex transaction. Jacqueline priced our home very competitively. Unfortunately, with the downturn in the market and the volume of competitive listings, that didn't stop her from using every marketing tool available.
