Tias was beyond helpful in the buying process. As a first time homebuyer I had little knowledge of what went into making the purchase. Tias helped me to locate my house within my price range and preferred area. I never felt like I was intruding when asking him on late notice to go to an open house or asking basic questions about the process. Once I found the one I wanted, his knowledge of the market allowed us to submit a competitive offer and negotiate things such as a new roof and additional money back to complete fixes to the house. Overall working with Tias could not have been better. The knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of my needs made the process very comfortable and stress free. I highly recommend reaching out to Tias if you are in the market for a home.

Kevin was willing to go above and beyond for me as his client. He made his availability around my schedule to see properties I was interested in. Kevin was very efficient and quick with putting offers in as the market was and still is very competitive. Not only was he knowledgeable in real estate, the markets, and loan process, he was very personable and professional. Kevin was able to help me close smoothly, in a timely matter, on my town house during covid 2020. I 100% recommend using Kevin as a relator and will always do business with him!

Mark was super honest and straightforward with everything. If he didn’t have an answer right away, he found one for us with his abundance of resources and recommendations. He fought to make sure we were taken care of, and seeing that first hand is why I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone.
