What can I say, working with Holli was an awesome experience! As a first time homebuyer utilizing the VA loan, she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She always made sure I understood every aspect of home buying. From viewing properties, to the inspections, and closing, she was always there to answer any questions I might have. She even followed through after closing to make sure I content with my purchase. I definitely recommend. Thank you for your professionalism, transparency and integrity. Hope to work with you again in the future!

Holly is knowledgeable about home sales in Colorado Springs and helped guide us every step of the way! She had showings and had us edit our things to show the Condominium in the best possible light. We would have questions and she was thorough in every detail which gave us total confidence. I can’t say enough about her skills in home sales and also at closing. We would definitely use her services again. We highly recommend Holly Reef to help anyone that has a home to sell. Thank you Holly!
