She didn’t wait for us to find movers or carpet cleaners, she handled it herself and kept everything moving. This house was a huge undertaking, and Shaylin was there every step of the way. She physically helped move boxes, used her own truck for dump runs, coordinated vendors, managed the schedule, and made sure we could get the house emptied, listed, and sold as smoothly as possible. She was patient when technology became frustrating for the homeowner, kept us constantly updated, communicated clearly, and was always easy to reach. Shannon is the best, her communication is the best ever if she doesn't answer the phone immediately she will call you right back if you leave a message. She is knowledgeable and hardworking.
