Simply put, we felt protected cared for from the first call by someone who obviously knew her stuff! She always either answered the phone right away or called back shortly. She never wasted our time with homes that were not within our criteria we needed. We found Linette Welch after we had a bad experience with another realtor not being honest and hard to contact. After looking through reviews on my own and making some calls, I contacted a friend who was originally from here and a realtor on the East Coast. She gave me Linette's info. Linette was very honest during the entire process, always keeping us up to date and helped us understand all that was going on. I was suffering with debilitating migraines and often had to ask her to repeat information. She was extremely patient and blessed us with insight on of all sorts struggles we ran into with other parts of our lives. Moving to an area we knew nothing about was hard ... Linette did all she could to make it better! Honestly, there's no way to write it all that she did for us (that's how much). She also went out of her way to help us search on our schedule, even during the holidays! She SAVED us money $$$! I often felt over demanding, but she never made me feel that way ;) At our request, she even prayed with us about which home to choose! I wholeheartedly recommend Linette Welsh??
