Tonya was our realtor and she was amazing in every possible way. She met our needs and tailored the showings to our tastes. She gave great advice. We couldn't have asked for better. Damon was excellent with communication throughout the process and we enjoyed working with him as well!

From my first conversation with Damon I knew I was speaking with someone that is highly skilled in real estate appraisal and selling. With today's tough market of selling a home, Damon was that expert "sherpa" that helped me position and ready my home for sale, price it competitively and desirable to buyers, and helped me navigate through various twists and turns that can happen in a real estate sale. With today's real estate complexities, Damon is a true expert advisor. He know's his craft deeply. In addition to that real estate acumen, Damon is kind, patient, and very approachable. His relational style makes interacting with him very comfortable and easy. In addition to Damon's skills, he surrounds himself with a high-performing team who always executed on time and as promised with the same great customer service approach. Also, Damon has a network of vendors that helped us with various house projects to help us get the house ready for sale. That saved us alot of time searching! I am so glad we contracted with Damon and his team -we sold our home in a timely manner at a reasonable profit in very tough market conditions. If you want a one-stop shop for everything in selling your home or buying one, Damon is the real estate expert you need.

Had experience in Real Estate , but could have had better communication with all parties involved (ie family members in a difficult position to understand Real Estate processes Glad. It was a one time experience s

Shannon is a professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated realtor. This is the second home we have purchased in the area with Shannon representing us as our agent. Her responsiveness and attention to detail alleviated much of the stress of searching for and finding the perfect home! She was a pleasure to work with as she guided us through the entire home buying process. Highly recommend!

Shannon is incredible! She is kind, compassionate, personable, and incredibly good at her job. She was flexible with our schedules but responsive to some last-minute viewings. She both sold our old place and helped us find a new one; we had very particular needs that were non-negotiable, and she did not rest until we found the house perfect for us! She even provided us with furniture and decor to stage our house, and I know it is what led to our house selling so quickly and at the price it sold for! When complications arose with closing on our old place, she advocated for us and made sure things went as smoothly as possible. She even got our son a little gift after all was said and done, and when there were issues with our garage door, her husband took time out of his day to come fix it. I highly recommend Shannon—she was incredible in all ways and went above and beyond!

Shannon was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive and left no questions unanswered. She brokered an excellent deal on our new home and sold our old home in ONE DAY for 10 grand OVER asking price. She has extensive knowledge of other talented professionals in the area that helped us with everything from repairs in our old home to upgrades in the new one. She made sure the entire process was streamlined. Shannon is our agent for life! You will not regret using her.
