The day we met, Christine hit the ground running. She had a plan of action for what we needed to do and the dates in mind for when those things would take place. She didn't waste any time. We needed a lot of small projects done that we did not have the expertise for nor the time to complete them. She set up contractors for us whom all worked expeditiously. Christine made a punch list of items to be completed and we only had to agree to by whom and when it would be taken care of. She made it so easy for us and our home was listed in record time! She also told us what documents and home records we needed to find early on so that when it was time for an inspection, everything moved smoothly and quickly. Even if things are not working naturally in your favor, she will still negotiate for some wins for you. Christine was upbeat, professional, and highly responsive to our needs throughout the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with and we could not have gotten through this sale without her!
