I worked Casi to execute a 1031 exchange (sale of one rental property and purchase of another). Timing is incredibly crucial for these transactions. Executing incorrectly would have cost to lose around 40K. Not only did she help me with the timing, she also helped me determine which property was the most ideal to sell, and what type would be the best to buy. Another broker was trying to warn us that the property I was selling would be very difficult, due to the location, and the fact that they’ve been sitting on a similar property for over a month, in a more ideal location. However, Casi helped me determine the best (and most cost effective) upgrades, in addition, the best way to stage it. Because of this, we were able to have it under contract in 3 days from listing. The next part of the transaction (purchase) went just as smooth. We had a short time to get under contract for the next property. However, Casi made it really easy, by only showing me properties that made the most sense for me. There was never any pressure to go one way or the other, only good advice. I was able to get under contract for a new property in about two weeks. The closings for both properties were also very smooth. I would definitely use Casi again, for further real estate transactions.
