I have worked with Rick three times now, once to sell a property and twice to buy, and he has been astounding to work with. He is knowledgeable of the entire Denver metro area and does an excellent job steadying expectation based on the volatile Denver housing market. We could always feel that we trusted Rick due to his candidness and forthrightness when it came to market value of houses/neighborhoods, amount of work a house would need, and what to expect taxes wise for the area. I really appreciated that because this purchase was my individual goal, and I did it! Rick's calm demeanor reassured me time and time again.
