Melissa Nguyen was fabulous! First her knowledge of the market and the price set on our property was not only spot on for the location but also where we were in market timing. The price we set with her expertise of the area was more than fair but a bidding frenzy ensued getting us top dollar on our property. As we settled on the final offer we reached out to Melissa often to clarify the buyers requests. She responded quickly to our calls and text messages. Melissa helped us by recommending several contractors that not only quoted reasonable prices for the work but were available and interested in completing the projects. She walked us through all the challenges of selling our property with a positive, kind and very professional attitude. Melissa represented us on a previous property and I would highly recommend her for any and all realtor needs. She is a gem!!!!

Igor went above and beyond through each step of the selling process. He was very communicative and made sure I was well informed at all times. Would 100% highly recommend. Thanks Igor!!
