We recently had the pleasure of working with Jenny on the sale of our home of 20 years and buying a new one. She helped us get our old home ready to sell and assisted us through the entire selling process. Jenny then worked through the buying of our new home. When we finally found the ‘one’, instead of letting us know she would prepare the contract later that evening, she helped us put it together in the driveway of our future home. She was with us every step of the way through negotiations, inspections, deadlines, and closing. She is such a dedicated agent, that even during a blizzard, she was willing to drive out for our final walkthrough before closing. My husband and I could not imagine working with another agent during our first time home buying process. To this day Joanne still checks in and makes sure we are doing good and we don’t need anything. We cannot recommend Joanne enough – especially for first time homebuyers!
