A year later, when my wife Jennifer and I finally decided to purchase our first home we didn’t hesitate to call Nicolette. During the process Nicolette showed a lot of commitment and what I call hustle. She got us into a dream home of ours and negotiated until both sides of the deal were content . Through rejected offers and multiple showings we could not of asked more from Nicolette.

Kim has helped us sell two homes. Not only is she the best realtor she is one of the most professional (and talented) realtor I have had the pleasure to meet. Her communication with us eased our concerns! We worked with her during a sellers market and a buyers market, both very different experiences and expectations! One house sold in three hours and the recent one took three days. Being a seller can be very difficult, because of rules and laws which (in my opinion) favor the buyer. It can be nerve wracking! But she was a!ways kind, answered our questions, and let us know what could go wrong. Like 30 days to close is a nightmare!!! Kim is my favorite of all realtors'.
