Before meeting with Kim, our house had sat on the market for 2 months with another real estate agent, who had been absolutely wonderful to us but knew we were working with a tight deadline. She referred us to Kim because she knew Kim was at the top of her field and would be able to help us with our timeline during this difficult market. Kim was not afraid to take on the challenge, and she was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. At the start, we were impressed with how targeted and intentional Kim's marketing was. They analyzed who was moving into the area and targeted those specific individuals. Secondly, we felt extremely supported throughout. If we needed anything, Kim would get back to us promptly and professionally. We were also going through a challenging set of circumstances, and Kim heard us and fought for us. During the time after an offer was signed, she was also communicative and ensured that our needs as sellers were met. She was available every step of the way and negotiated on our behalf as needed. We are really grateful to Kim and Brad for being excellent resources and for finally helping us sell our home! Thank you both!

Kim has helped us sell two homes. Not only is she the best realtor she is one of the most professional (and talented) realtor I have had the pleasure to meet. Her communication with us eased our concerns! We worked with her during a sellers market and a buyers market, both very different experiences and expectations! One house sold in three hours and the recent one took three days. Being a seller can be very difficult, because of rules and laws which (in my opinion) favor the buyer. It can be nerve wracking! But she was a!ways kind, answered our questions, and let us know what could go wrong. Like 30 days to close is a nightmare!!! Kim is my favorite of all realtors'. I will continue to recommend her to everyone i come into contact with and will only hire her as our realtor. This is a very honest review, with much thought put into each word!
