Kim has helped us sell two homes. Not only is she the best realtor she is one of the most professional (and talented) realtor I have had the pleasure to meet. Her communication with us eased our concerns! We worked with her during a sellers market and a buyers market, both very different experiences and expectations! One house sold in three hours and the recent one took three days. Being a seller can be very difficult, because of rules and laws which (in my opinion) favor the buyer. It can be nerve wracking!
