We were thrilled to receive multiple offers within just 24 to 48 hours. Tina’s skill in marketing, staging, preparing, and presenting our home to the public far exceeded our expectations. She truly rolled up her sleeves and got to work—literally helping us get the home ready. She coordinated a professional decorator and a photographer, and she even scheduled a workday where she joined us to help clean and organize. At one point, we even saw her outside pulling weeds and tidying up the garden beds. Most valuable, however, was her guidance and direction throughout the entire process. Tina did a fantastic job from start to finish and made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience especially this being my first home purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything I didn’t feel right with. The whole process and each step we had to go through was explained very thoroughly and she never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question or getting into something I didn’t understand. The whole time she was very hands and did a lot more than I expected or honestly thought possible. For example the sewer line wasn’t up to par and she was able to discover and resolve it very efficiently. She was able to find this out by recommending we go through her inspector and getting a sewer scope done, which thankfully we did. After finding the issue she contacted a plumbing company to come out, inspect and get an estimate the next day. And then on top of everything was able to negotiate with the seller to have the sewer line fixed and paid for in only a couple days, no cost to us. I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about Tina and when we go to sell our house and start looking for a new one I will definitely be going with her again.
