She was incredibly upfront about expectations we should have going into the buying process but also was optimistic we would find something. I don’t think we would have found a house as quickly as we did without her and she walked us through every step of the process. As first time home buyers, she made the intimidating task of finding houses pain free and was well researched about the property when we got there. I can’t thank her enough for helping us.

Brett was an incredible agent to work with and managed to get us a home that we are in love with during a time when every house on the market had 15+ offers, usually way over asking. Brett was always quick to respond whenever we had questions or concerns and always made time to find and go look at places that were relevant to our wants and needs or that we just had a whim to look at.
