Three years and two homes ago, I met Tina. After talking with her for just 15 minutes, I realized something important: not all realtors are created equal. When you hire Tina, you’re getting someone who doesn’t just list your property—she teaches you how to prepare it for success. It’s rare for a listing agent to also be the one who sells the property, so Tina makes sure that when other agents tour the home, your listing rises to the top of their list for any potential buyers who might be the right fit. One of Tina’s greatest strengths is her attention to detail. On one property, she recommended having the windows professionally cleaned inside and out. I was amazed by how many agents commented on how bright, warm and cheerful it made the home feel. Another time, I stopped by the property and found her outside painting a chipped handrail. She knew chipped paint could prevent a buyer from securing a VA loan—and she wasn’t going to let that happen. Tina’s experience also shines when she walks through a home. She can immediately identify issues an inspector will call out, giving you a valuable head start on repairs so you can get the property market-ready. And if anything needs attention quickly, she has a reliable network of skilled tradespeople she can refer. What truly sets Tina apart is her communication. She consistently kept me informed after every showing, and we reviewed all the comment cards together to spot any patterns that might explain why an offer hadn’t come in yet. In my neighborhood, four homes hit the market at roughly the same time. There was a $70,000 spread between the highest and lowest listing prices. My home was priced third out of the four—yet it’s the only one that has sold so far. That speaks volumes about Tina’s preparation, strategy, and understanding of the market. Tina has now sold two homes for me. She is my go-to realtor, and I highly recommend making her yours as well.
