Dan is an extraordinary relator. Here’s my situation: I was living in Yuma, AZ while looking for a place to purchase. Dan and Catlin went ABOVE AND BEYOND with the entire home purchase experience. Dan and Catlin took the entire weekend working with me through the phone. They not only walked me through the home purchasing steps but also took the time to define all the terminologies i didn’t understand since i’m a first time home purchaser. My first offer didn’t go through since i didn’t elect to offer a higher appraisal. Dan and Catlin were EXTREMELY positive and encouraging when i heard the bad news. They reassured me that i will eventually find a home. Fast forward to today, i’ve purchased a house that is beyond my liking. Dan and Catlin are extremely knowledgeable with the property value that will set you up for success. He is comfortable with giving you guidance and suggestions without pressuring you to go beyond your budget. Dan and Catlin earned my trust immediately. They are very responsive. When I send homes that i’m interested in, Catlin and Dan will make ALL THE EFFORT to go and view the house on my behalf since i was in AZ. Catlin also took the time to attend the home inspection on my behalf since i was still in AZ during that time too. I truly recommend Dan and Catlin as an exceptional relator. I am 100000% satisfied with the experience and the team. I am happy to say that I will continue to stay in touch for my future home purchases since i’m interested in buying rental properties.

As a first time homebuyer in a market where things change minute to minute, I could have not asked for a better realtor. Sometimes we would spend an hour at a house, sometimes 5 minutes. He grew to know what I liked and what I didn't like quite quickly so was able to help me narrow down my options. I am not talking just adding filters, but he would actually look at the houses and if it was one he thought I would like, he would text it to me to see if I had seen it. If we didn't use all of a show time, we would scroll through houses nearby (sometimes not) to see if we could squeeze it in. Walking around the homes, he really would go above and beyond pointing out things that hasa first time home buyer, I would have never thought to look at. His personality will quickly put you at ease and you can rest easy at night knowing that Ryan has your back. I 10/10 would reccommend.
