Holly had excellent communication throughout the entire house hunting process. She helped us understand the current market and comparable properties when it came time to make an offer which ultimately helped us pay less. She took the time to answer all of our questions about the inspection and even helped us find contractors to address the issues before purchase. And all of that during the initial pandemic ‘stay at home’ order!
