I would recommend Holly for any real estate purchase or question that you have. We began talking with Holly well over a year before we had decided to sell our home. We had specific real estate questions that we did not know the answers to, and also wanted to understand the value add of using a realtor versus a self sell approach. Holly was fantastic on all levels, always answering our questions and truly showing the value add of using her as our realtor for sale. As we approached the time of selling our home, Holly was right beside us showing us the improvements to make that would bring the highest price. She also put us in contact with furniture stagers to give the house a lived in feeling (house was empty). The end result was outstanding and we sold our home in less than 10 days. When the closing came, Holly was in daily contact, explaining what different terms were, what was reasonable and what wasn't. She was always available to us for any questions we had. To someone purchasing a home, you cannot go wrong with Holly. She has worked with us to find our next property and works very hard to find the best opportunities out there. Holly had excellent communication throughout the entire house hunting process. She helped us understand the current market and comparable properties when it came time to make an offer which ultimately helped us pay less. She took the time to answer all of our questions about the inspection and even helped us find contractors to address the issues before purchase. And all of that during the initial pandemic ‘stay at home’ order!
