We put my mother's house on the market a couple of months ago. Stephanie did a market analysis and was very prompt and thorough. We listed the home and had buyers within days. We had several issues that had to be worked through and Stephanie was so helpful, and always available. We needed work to be done and she provided the names of potential vendors and followed up consistently to be sure that everything was proceeding as needed. What was really great about Stephanie is that she agreed to a price up front for her services, and didn't gouge us like all other real estate agents do. We were really happy with her from beginning to end!
