About Marian

Marian Waldron has lived in the Winter Park area for more than twenty seven years, and has been a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker since 1995. Since 2002, she has been awarded either the International Sterling Society, International Diamond Society or the President’s Circle awards, which puts her in the elite tier of Coldwell Banker agents, the top 4% to 10% worldwide. Marian’s success comes from her love of real estate – looking at, investing, and selling Winter Park area condos, townhomes, and mountain homes.
