My wife and I worked with Tawni during our home purchase journey, and I must say that she made everything very clear and easy. Communication was never an issue, as she would push out information to us just as soon as she received it herself. She would advise us on how to approach concessions, negotiations, and guide us on other things to consider during the purchase process. Overall, she was a pleasure to work with and an experienced Realtor. She was always early & present during our tours, walk thru, closing, etc. I believe that without Tawni, we would have dealt with confusion, lack of guidance, and poor communication - she made the process extremely enjoyable!
