We have had the pleasure of working with Sara Craner on multiple real estate transactions over the years, both buying and selling properties, and we could not recommend her more highly. Sara is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and professional, but what truly sets her apart is how attentive and personally invested she is in her clients. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and is always responsive and prepared. Whether she is representing us as buyers or sellers, Sara consistently advocates for our best interests and makes sure we understand our options every step of the way. Real estate transactions can be complicated and stressful, but Sara has a way of making the process feel organized, manageable, and much less overwhelming. We have come to trust her judgment, expertise, and integrity completely. Beyond being an exceptional realtor, Sara has also become a friend, which speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. We are grateful for the many times she has helped us navigate buying and selling properties, and we would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a smart, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring real estate agent.

Sarah was so helpful, communicative and really had what is best for us in mind. She was very personable and very knowledgeable. We just love her!

We had an amazing experience even with all of the challenges that came up. Sarah is very reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and an amazing communicator. We will definitely use her again if the time comes.

From beginning to end, April was tuned into our specific needs. She was genuine, empathetic, supportive, intentional, caring, kind, present , patient , honest , resourceful, respectful, friendly and focused on helping us achieve our goals. This was my first home purchase, so April is the only realtor I have ever worked with and is the only realtor I would ever want to work with. Her and her team went above and beyond to ensure I understood the contracts I was signing, how lending/mortgage rates worked and the “why” behind all that we were doing. She was present at every showing and our closing and was proactive about pointing out things that should be brought to our attention and the builders attention to ensure we were fully taken care of. The real estate business would be a better place with more agents like April. This lady is the GOAT and I hope she is being compensated that way. I know she connected us to Oakwood Homes and their sales team for our purchase, but Oakwood Homes would NOT have gotten that sale if it were not for April and all of her efforts. Thank you April!

Very responsive l. She kept in constant contact to let me know what was going on through the whole process. Very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't have ask for a better agent.

April did a fantastic job making sure she found the right home for my family & I. We looked at many houses & we thought we found the one, but circumstances turned out to be different. We thought we weren't going to find the house, but she pushed & worked so hard to make sure we did. She will fight for you & make sure you are satisfied. She also doesn't pressure you into something your not comfortable with, she wants to ensure that your happy. The deal we ended up getting for our home was more then we imagined. We are pleased with the hospitality April offered. Thank you for everything! You're amazing!
