From beginning to end, April was tuned into our specific needs. She was genuine, empathetic, supportive, intentional, caring, kind, present , patient , honest , resourceful, respectful, friendly and focused on helping us achieve our goals. This was my first home purchase, so April is the only realtor I have ever worked with and is the only realtor I would ever want to work with. Her and her team went above and beyond to ensure I understood the contracts I was signing, how lending/mortgage rates worked and the “why” behind all that we were doing. She was present at every showing and our closing and was proactive about pointing out things that should be brought to our attention and the builders attention to ensure we were fully taken care of.
