Colton and the Bullock Group were great in guiding me through the sale of my Aunt's home when she had to move to assisted living. It was a stressful time in and of itself in addition to me not living in Colorado - it was wonderful to have Colton and Ethan's local expertise. They were there every step of the way from arranging yard work, to a cleaning crew and shipping arrangements. We had multiple offers within 2 days of listing and closed on the sale within a month. I highly recommend Colton, Ethan and the Bullock Group.
