We recently sold our home in a crazy frantic sellers market. She helped us to stage, list, and show our home with an attention to detail designed to bring the best offers possible. Then she helped us navigate the multiple offers we received and carefully select which offer and terms best suited our needs and wants. She was instrumental in assisting us with a large sewer repair on the property prior to closing which allowed us to focus on packing and prepping to move.
