I cannot say enough about Bill Knapp and the amazing job he did in selling our home in Denver. His knowledge of the market is amazing. Bill's weekly communication always kept me in the loop with the selling of the house. Also, the house needed repairs to get the home on the market and after the inspection was done. Bill worked with us to get numerous bids and handle meeting the contractors to do the repairs.
