Juan Carlos was fantastic to work with! From start to finish, he explained every detail of the home-buying process and made everything easy to understand. Purchasing a home can be overwhelming, but he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He always had our best interests in mind, and we felt supported every step of the way. We loved working with him and his team and couldn't be happier with the experience.

We can't recommend Julie highly enough. From the beginning, we felt extremely comfortable with her. She knows the neighborhoods incredibly well, was also super knowledgeable about what to look for in every house we saw with her, was always honest and transparent with us, and never once made us feel pressured to make a decision. We always felt like she was genuinely on our side and looking out for our best interests. One thing that really stood out was her guidance when it came time to make an offer on our house. Julie helped us think through the market and what a fair offer would be, and her advice ended up saving us a significant amount of money. She was also incredibly responsive throughout the process and was a huge help during the inspection and appraisal. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to answer them and explain things clearly. Even after closing, Julie has been a great resource. She connected us with several contractors and vendors who have done excellent work. If we ever buy or sell another home, there's no question we'll work with her again. We recommend her to friends and family every chance we get and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
