I am 76 years old and wanted to downsize and transition from a 2-level home to a condominium requiring no outside maintenance. I had anticipated it taking a few weeks, if not months, to accomplish. The home was listed on a Wednesday (the first bidder turned out to be the eventual buyer) and was shown until that Sunday. I signed a contract with the seller on that Friday and was able to start moving in the very same day!
