Dan and his team really go above and beyond for his clients! We were new homebuyers with no experience or knowledge about the whole process. Dan made everything simple and the overall experience very comfortable and exciting. We were able to go under contract in less than a week and from then on everything was communicated flawlessly. We were able to close on our first home today in this crazy Colorado market and we definitely could not have done it with our amazing realtor!
