As first time homeowners, the process can be super nerve-wrecking, but Troy took the time to walk us through all legal terms and documents. When we started the process, we were living in Hawaii and wasn't able to go to open houses in person, but Troy went to quite a few open houses for us and walked us through over FaceTime.
