We can't express our thoughts any better than to say Galo and Grace are awesome-so knowledgable, being very patient and and understanding with us on this new chapter of our lives. I couldn't ask for 2 better people with the sale of our house.

I had the pleasure of working with Galo Garrido and Grace Evans of Tradewind Property Group, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their level of service and dedication throughout the entire home-buying process. From the very start, they were always readily accessible and responsive, making us feel like a priority at every turn. What stood out the most was their deep understanding of the Boulder market. They took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, ensuring we only viewed homes that matched our criteria. They were incredibly patient and thorough, working with us through every detail and being available for showings and questions on short notice. Galo and Grace didn’t just help us find the perfect home—they also helped facilitate a seamless transition. They worked closely with us to secure a buyer for our previous home, and negotiate the purchase our new home, which made the whole process much smoother. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful real estate agents who truly care about their clients, I highly recommend Galo Garrido and Grace Evans of Tradewind Property Group. They went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for their support.

We really enjoyed working with Galo and Grace! After many years of contemplation, we finally decided to make a big move across the country. Galo and Grace were thorough, overly helpful with things we couldn't physically manage since we were several states away during the sale of our home, and overall put all of our anxiety at ease throughout the process. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Galo and his team to anyone looking to sell their home. He gets it done, no questions asked!! We had an offer within 2 weeks and sold very quickly compared to what we were expecting given the current market. Thank you so much, Galo and Grace!!
