I am a first time home buyer and I will say Tanya exceeded all expectations I had for realtor. Her knowledge of the market, the front range, and how to prioritize buyers needs is second to none. I will be honest as a first time home buyer I had a lot on my plate but Tanya always gave me daily reminders on properties, check ins on previously toured properties, and was willing to sign documents for me late in the evening on multiple occasions. Luckily, John Garcia was referred to us by a neighbor when we decided to sell our home. After we accepted an offer on the house, we encountered some unexpected repairs and difficulties getting them done in a timely manner. With John’s help and patience though, eventually all of the repairs were completed and we closed on the house. John worked very hard on our behalf.
