To help get my house in Parker sold, I moved out and lived in a nearby hotel with my dachshund so the property could be prepped, shown, and marketed without me being in the way. That gave Angela the freedom to do what she does best, and she absolutely took advantage of it. She coordinated everything, kept things moving, and made what could have been a very stressful process far easier than it would have been otherwise. Then, after the house was under contract, we were hit with a major sewer line issue that turned into an unexpectedly large and complex problem. Needless to say, that was not on anyone's wish list. Throughout the entire ordeal, Angela handled communications with the buyer's agent, managed expectations, kept everyone focused on solutions, and worked tirelessly to keep the transaction on track. What impressed me most was her professionalism and persistence. Every time another obstacle appeared, Angela was already working on it. She was responsive, proactive, and always kept me informed about what was happening and what options were available. At no point did I feel like I was trying to navigate the process alone. Selling a house is rarely stress-free, and ours certainly had its share of challenges. Despite several significant issues that were completely outside of her control, Angela consistently found ways to keep things moving forward and ultimately helped get the deal across the finish line. I am genuinely grateful for all of her hard work, problem-solving, and advocacy throughout the process. If I ever find myself buying or selling a home in the Denver area again, Angela would be my first call. I recommend her without hesitation.
