We met Leslie via a friend's referral and challenged her to help us find a needle in a haystack that would be our new home in urban Denver. As out of state buyer hopefuls, we relied on Leslie to help guide us to certain neighborhoods and steer us away from busy streets or less desirable areas. Leslie regularly scoured listings and alerted us to houses about to come to mkt. She toured numerous houses and included us into those virtually as she pointed out highlights and potential areas of concern with all aspects of the house (e.g neighborhood, street, local regulations, and even construction). Stephanie had great insight into the market and when issues arose she communicated immediately and was equally responsive when I had questions.
