Working with Chase was an incredible experience as a first time homebuyer. He helped me facilitate the entire homebuying process from 3000 miles away and was incredibly proactive and thoughtful in his communication. We looked for two weeks and put in one offer, because I only wanted to do it once. We wrote an optimal offer and chase collaborated with my lender to ensure we were top of the pile for consideration in a multi-offer situation. While this was an incredibly fun process with Chase and team, he was also there when my first time home buyers nerves set in and helped talk me through the elements of the process which I wasn’t familiar with. Sale went off without a hitch and I recommend Chase to everyone I know for a fun, seamless, and efficient real estate experience.

Derek was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He helped me sell my house very quickly in the Village at Castle Pines.
