He discussed with us in detail what he thought would be a good asking price for the home but always emphasized that the decision was ours to make. He was patient and never tried to rush us through the process. In the end, we had an offer one day after going on the market and he put a “sale pending” sign up one week later. We sincerely doubt that would have happened without Dave. We grade him a 10 out of 10!
