The market is slow right now and Kristin did a remarkable job in helping us to list the right price, not too high, not too low, just right. We had an offer the first day of listing and the first buyer bought the house at just $4,000 under asking price. She was both personal and professional.

Kristin has earned my highest recommendation. Throughout the process of staging, marketing, showing and negotiating the sale of my home, she delivered excellent service. She is a true professional and one of the best communicators I’ve known in buying and selling properties for 25 years.

Kristin had deep knowledge of the real estate market in Douglas County and surrounding areas, where we purchased. She was extremely responsive. She also took the time to understand my family's unique moving situation, communicate our needs clearly and effectively to sellers, help us negotiate effectively with sellers, and generally tailor her work for our context. I will be highly recommending her to friends and family moving to/from/within the area in the future!
