You helped us navigate this, and we appreciate the resources you shared to make repairs and meet some expectations, making the sale easier. I can be grouchy, and Jillann has been the best to talk to and work with. Always uplifting to talk and strategize with Jillann, and she put in the work. I want to extend a huge thank you for the help Jillann provided for the electrical problem we had. After several repairs, new carpet, and painting the home, Tracy and I were essentially broke.
