The first day my husband and I contacted her, we told her what we we were looking for and that we were ready to buy when we found the right place, that was it - from there, Kim set up viewings for us that day. One of them was our clear favorite, and within 48 hours we had a contract on that home. We feel that Kim’s knowledge of the Denver market was what helped us stay within our budget and still get the home we loved. I’m still amazed that she was able to make it happen so quickly. After that, she was accessible and helpful throughout the process, setting up appointments and providing advice up until after we closed. On a personal level, Kim is great to work with - she’s outgoing, friendly, kind and sweet with children, and was always professional with us and respectful of the owner homes when we entered their space.
