Sue Butler is everything and more that you could want in a realtor! She’s extremely knowledgeable with the market, offers advice when needed but doesn’t ever make you feel pressured into a decision. We put our house on the market just as interest rates were starting to increase and the “sellers market” in Castle Rock was cooling off.
