Kristen was the best sellers realtor we ever had. She had the knowledge and expertise to make our home the best it has ever been. It paid off. Other houses in our cul de sac took 3-5 months to sell and our house took about a month. She had all the contacts to fix our house after the inspection at very reasonable rates. She was calm and positive in addition to being hands on from cleaning to shoveling our house to make it the best property it could be. We highly recommend Kristen Issel as a broker.

Kristen is a realtor who knows how to handle all contracts, including the messy ones. Kristen helped our family sell our home over the course of 18 long months. She is an expert at navigating the challenges that can occur when contracts do not go as planned. She was able to consistently pivot quickly and efficiently to help our changing situation. She worked TIRELESSLY to ensure we were protected when our home was under contract and was able to negotiate a much quicker close date. (As an added bonus, she moonlights as a therapist who helped us process our past home 'trauma') Kristen is proficient in selling luxury homes while still being fully capable of getting in the 'dirt' to make sure her clients get the best contract terms.

We’ve purchased and sold many properties in the past and have dealt with many different agents. Kristen Issel is the best agent we’ve ever had.She was our agent for buying our now dream home and for selling a home we loved so dearly. She gave us sound advice, kept us confident during a not so easy sellers market, and went to bat for us on both transactions. She never made us feel like it was just a transaction for her, she was in it with us till the very end and felt/dealt with all the emotions that come along with buying and selling homes along side of us. She has become a very good friend to our family after this experience, and we are forever grateful for her!Kristen is one of a kind. She truly goes above and beyond.
