I think I'm a pretty smart person. I make my way through life, paying bills, wearing pants in public, and usually have matching shoes. Amazing, I know. But when my husband and I had the bright idea of selling, then purchasing a new house this spring, doubt of my stellar intellect came into question. Real estate is HARD.
