Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with on our dream home property. She was able to have the seller accept a contingent offer on their property, due to us having to sell our other property first. (Continent Offers are rarely accepted in Colorado, and especially Cherry Hills Village) We had a double closing with selling our current home and purchasing our new home.
