I have worked with Stephanie now for several years: she helped us buy our first home nine years ago and just recently helped us sell that home and upgrade to our new home. Throughout the years we have kept in contact and she has always been available to give referrals, show us homes when we thought we might buy, and just to answer random questions that pop up. But what has remained constant is that she is a true professional. She ALWAYS responds promptly - to the point where once when it took her slightly longer to respond I was genuinely concerned! Mara listened to all of our wants and needs and found us the perfect house. We were picky about having a backyard with privacy, which can be difficult to find. Because we were not living close to the area we’re wanted to move to, Mara went by many homes to scout the neighborhood and get a feel for it. When looking on line, that’s something you can’t see so that was very valuable to us. She brought my attention a home wondering why we hadn’t put it on our list. I had overlooked it. Once I looked at the pictures I hopped in the care and drove to see it within hours. Because she really listened to us she knew we’d love it. We put in an offer that same day. She was professional and worked late into the night to get the offer in. We had to sell our house as well so there was a lot going on and she handled the transaction beautifully.
